Stephanie Redden joined Gig Harbor Academy in the summer of 2021, bringing many years of Business Management experience, including working at an independent school in Olympia. She earned a BA in both Accounting and Chemistry and MA in Higher Education Administration. Stephanie grew up in Port Orchard but now lives with her husband and their two daughters in Centralia, WA, where she primarily works remotely. Stephanie enjoys travel, spending time with her family, sewing, and raising chickens.
GHA Tradition: The luminary walk at the Fall Festival. My kids came with me the first year I was at the school, and we had so much fun looking at all of the designs and enjoying the woods at the same time.
Neighborhood Spot: Borst Park in Centralia, where I live.
Outdoor Activity: Biking in parks near our home.
Place to Read: Curled up on the couch near the fire when it is cold or outdoors in the sun when it is warm.
Childhood Memory: Sailing in the San Juans every summer, but especially the summer we sailed all the way around Vancouver Island.
