Ana Fernandez was born in Salta, Argentina, and moved to the U.S. at 18 years old on a tennis scholarship. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from East Central University and a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Tampa. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Ana has over 10 years of experience in pricing and revenue management. She worked with clients across the Asia-Pacific region while living in Singapore, helping companies grow through data-driven strategies. She also has experience in tax, accounting, and mentoring teams. After spending 10 years in tropical Singapore, Ana recently moved to Gig Harbor to be closer to her husband’s family. She enjoys playing tennis, staying active, and exploring her new community. Ana is excited to apply her skills in a nonprofit school setting where she can give back and help support the local community.
GHA Tradition: Fall Festival. I love seeing all the kids having fun, enjoying the petting zoo, and admiring the fall decorations.
Neighborhood Spot: Bella Bella Beach in Fox Island. It’s such a peaceful place.
Outdoor Activity: Running and walking on trails. As someone new to the Northwest, all the trails here look amazing to me.
Place to Read: Anywhere quiet. With young kids, it’s hard to find peaceful moments, so any quiet spot works for me.
Childhood Memory: On summer days, having ice cream in my hometown always felt like such a special treat.
