Parent Association

What is PA?

Open to all Early Childhood and Elementary families, the Parent Association (PA) is a volunteer group comprised of current GHA parents. PA meetings and gatherings are an opportunity to connect with other parents within our school community and to get the latest information and help support upcoming activities.

What does PA do?

We bring the GHA community together! We provide/coordinate:

-The Back-to-School Color Run

-Fall Festival

-Holiday Helper Donation Drive

-Wreath sales

-Teacher and staff birthday recognition

-Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week celebrations

-Refreshments for teachers during Parent Conferences

-GHA Parade Float for the Maritime Gig Festival

-Classroom Representative Communication

-Community Service

-Other fun family events!

Meetings

We encourage all participants to dedicate as much or as little time as you want! We meet once per month in-person with an option to Zoom in as well for approximately 45 minutes.
